Mountain CAP of WV, Inc., a CDC's Housing and Community Development program offers education and assistance to customers who are in need of financial help. These programs include:

 

Housing Development

Mountain CAP builds multifamily rental housing that provides safe, affordable rent to households with income not above 60% of area median income based on family size.  Eligibility is based on income level, criminal background checks, credit history and references.

 

Business Development

The Business Lending Program provides micro-entrepreneurial loans and business development assistance to create or retain jobs through new or expanding business within Barbour, Braxton, Clay,  Fayette, Gilmer, Lewis, Nicholas, Randolph, Roane, Upshur and Webster Counties.
